Oh gosh, the things I would buy!! I feel like this is a “Sound of Music” moment. I’m about to break into song. “And these are a few of my favorite things…”
After buying healthy gifts for loved ones, I would buy a stainless steel baking dish and cookie sheet (for egg-free paleo cookies!), a dehydrator (homemade flax crackers!), and a yogurt machine (dairy free yogurt!). If I still had some money left over, I would buy myself and a friend an ice cream maker because the world could use a little more (dairy free) ice cream.
I would probably use it for Christmas shopping.

Excaliber food dehydrator and a food processor
Well, I always need coconut oil so that’s what I would buy. Then cake pans, great lakes gelatin, cocoa butter, shea butter & beeswax so I can finally make some body butter. Some other things on my list if there is anything left.
Berkley water filter. I also need a food processor. And if I had any left, sleeping bags or other items for the homeless encampment. It is wicked cold outside right now.

This year my friends & I are buying gifts for the women’s shelter, to give to the kids who are living there, with their Moms. Many of these moms have nothing when they arrive. One is a 10 month old baby. We are also seriously thinking of doing a birthday thing, starting in January. Just simply finding out which child is having a birthday, and making sure that they have a gift, on their birthday. And, that is what I would do with the money. I already have too much stuff!
