Mission

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist/Chiropractor with a  specialty in healing diets such as SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) and GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) as well as Paleo and Primal. I found myself  teaching the principles of the Weston Price Foundation, along with SCD,GAPS, Paleo and Primal advice again and again.

It became clear to me that I needed a way to get this dietary information to people in a usable, concise, outline without having to repeat myself again and again. I realized that if I used the format of a blog, it could reach a lot of people and also allow us to have a dialog. Importantly, I could refer people to this blog for the details they would need to be successful on these various diets. As a Weston A. Price Foundation chapter leader, it is also my goal to reach as many people as possible through this blog in order to help them achieve vibrant health in our modern world.

Even though I am a health care provider, the purpose of this blog is not to dispense personal medical advice, and in no way should be contrued as such.  But rather, the purpose is to give general information to individuals with the perspective of traditional ways of eating and preparing food.
