    I would make creamy smooth oil free hummus…..and then toast bread, top with hummus, squeeze of lemon juice, steamed kale, green onions and sliced tomato for an open faced sandwich….I am already hungry!

    Hi,
    First thing II will make is the brine for a large batch of cultured veggies!
    Then I will make soup and homemade mayo.
    And on and on I will vitally mix!

    I honestly do not know what I would make first, but I would enjoy looking over all the possibilities.
    If I am selected I will probably give it to my daughter who just returned from China with her husband and young kids, they have not had such a luxury in several years.

    My friend and I went to this woman’s convetion last weekend and there was a vitamix booth set up and my friend and I were literally just staring for an hour! We were so intrigued and wanted one so badly, but… They were just a bit out of our price range. THIS WOULD BE AMAZINGGGGG if I won because I would share with her! She and I make recipe videos all the time and this vitamix would be the MAIN event!

    I would use the vitamin for EVERYTHING! From smoothies to cashew cheeses to pureed soups to baked good batters I can think of so many ways to use a vitamix! I have wanted one for such a long time, but they are just too expensive. As I have fallen in love with baking and cooking I would love to be able to expand my recipes, but I just do not have the right appliances to make what I want, but with the vitamix would open up my options immensely!

    The first dish I would make with my vitamix would be Jalapeno cashew cheese!
