Post image for Happy 2nd Birthday Real Food Forager — a $199 Value Giveaway and HUGE sale!

I’m so excited to announce the second birthday of Real Food Forager! My, how time flies by! I still feel like I am new to this! To help me celebrate I’m inviting you to join in on the giveaway I am hosting. I was wondering what would be a good item to offer…

One Registration to Go Grain-Free my E-Course — a $199.00 Value!

What better way to celebrate than to give away my very own on-line class. My goal for this year was to publish this e-course and I did accomplish that. It makes me very happy to know that I am helping others in their health goals and this class is a great tool.

When I first changed over to a grain-free dairy-free diet there wasn’t a lot of instruction in cooking with grain-free flours. I had to guess and inevitably that lead to a lot of waste. I  wished that I could watch someone cooking or baking this way in order to see what the batter or dough should look like.

Go Grain Free is just such a class. With over 80 videos and over 150 recipes it is full of explicit information on how to handle this dietary change. You just can’t go wrong with this class to support you.

My husband and daughter have recently been diagnosed with celiac, gluten intolerance, leaky gut. We are moving to a grain free diet and this looks like a perfect match for our new lifestyle. It can seem very overwhelming, but looking at the schedule, it appears that it has been carefully designed to teach newbies in easily digestible (pun intended) chunks. I would love to have this amazing resource.

Hi! I have been on a gluten free diet for almost 3 years and although it has helped me a great deal, I am still experiencing symptoms that I believe a grain free diet will clear up. I am always inspired when I read your newsletter but I am still finding it difficult to really make the switch over to no grain, I need your help!!

My daughter and I are both gluten intolerant and have been gluten free for 3+ years. In the past 6 months or so, she’s noticed that she feels better with little to no grains, so I’m going to have to stop relying on GF grains in her diet.

I’ve been grain-free for over 3 years now. There were barely any resources when I found that this diet would help me with my PCOS. I’m so excited by how many more resources are out there today, and I would love to have this class as a blueprint for recipe ideas!

I have been working on healthy meals for my family for the better of 3 years now and trying to cook most of our food from scratch. My husband’s sister an mother were recently diagnosed with celiac disease and my husband is awaiting testing to verify if he has it too(we are pretty sure he does). So lately I’ve been cooking only gluten free meals and it is very different from what we are used to. Your course would help me out a lot.

Whoo hoo on your 2 years! Thanks for the opportunity to learn from you. I have been on a health “mission” for the last few years. Learning all I can about the foods we eat, our bodies and how they process food and what we can do to stop sabotaging it’s process :) Feeling led to learn this next. Thanks again.

I have been grain free for a few months now (was gluten dairy free for year before that). I love to bake, and your recipes are my go-tos. Any time I am looking for something specific – I come to your site first to see if you’ve done it! Would love to win and get more info.

Congratulations….I was surprised to see you’ve only been blogging for 2 years…you seem like such a veteran! I’d like to win because I would like to go grain free for my health and children, but feel overwhelmed, with 2 kids and one due in a couple of weeks! We actually just hired someone to help recently with cooking since two of my kids will be under the age of two, so the actuality of going grain free with all the food prep is possible!

My son has allergies that I suspect are tied to dairy & grains. At birth, he went directly to the NICU and wasn’t able to have any breast milk until he was 10 days old. I believe that not breastfeeding right away & the meds used to keep him alive in the beginning probably have contributed to issues with his gut and that getting him off of dairy & grains would significantly help him. My biggest problem is that no one else in my family is willing to go dairy/grain free with him. Old habits die hard, so any help in that direction would be fabulous!

I would love to win this class! I have recently been diagnosed with Hashimotos and need to learn to eat gluten free. I’ve read enough about GAPS that I would really like to go grain free. This class would be fantastic for that.

Congratulations on two years of a great blog!

We’ve been grain-free for almost three years due to my daughter’s various autoimmune illnesses (we follow SCD). I’m always looking for new ideas and would pay to take this class, but my daughter’s uveitis medications are costing us a small fortune right now so we’re on a very tight budget. Unfortunately, so far, dietary changes and LDN have not done anything to keep the uveitis quiet, but they have worked wonders for the ulcerative colitis, juvenile arthritis and asthma! Thanks for offering the opportunity to win.

My husband is at stage 5 kidney failure and on dialysis. He isn’t allowed to eat any whole grains and I have been working hard trying to create a diet that the entire family will enjoy and will be best for our health. I would love to take the course and learn so I can take better care of my family through the food we eat.

Thank you
