The Drop the Money Bomb on Monsanto worked! Thanks to everyone who contributed, we were able to raise the one million that is being matched by generous donors for a grand total of two million dollars. These dollars are critical to inform the people of California the truth behind Monsanto’s we’re going to feed the world rhetoric.
The mandatory GMO labeling law that is going on the ballot in November in California is a culmination of hard work and perseverance. Passing this law in California will set a precedent for other states and the nation as well.
This $2 million is the first step in building an effective campaign to pass this law. We are up against Big Biotech and Food Inc. who will be pouring millions into their campaign. They have a lot more money on their side, but with public supporters on our side, we can win.
The Money Bomb campaign’s official deadline has ended. But we still need to continue raising money for this fight. Please donate what you can for this important cause at this critical time.
