With so many friends going grain free I’m very curious and would love to know how better to encourage and accomodate their needs. Kind of wondering what changes I might notice in myself if I went grain free…

Grain free wasn’t a choice, but is a necessary requirement due to pain. I’m glad there are sources for more meal ideas or I’d be plain bored.

I’ve known for a couple of years that my family would benefit greatly from going on GAPS. But, coming from an ethnicity that eats lots and lots of (I.e, is addicted to) grains, my family is highly resistant to trying GAPS. This book would be a big help for my family’s health.

We are starting GAPS soon to try to help heal my chronic pain issues. I suspect my diet (which by SAD standards is very healthy) has a big part to play! I’m trying to get any help I can because this is going to be a big endeavor! Thankfully my husband is on board and my children are young enough to be very flexible.

Ok my comment didn’t go through so I’m going to say it again. I am starting Primal/Paleo with my family and they are threatening to revolt unless I find some grain free snack recipes. Thanks for the chance to win.

I would love to win this cookbook because I’m on GAPS and I also don’t think I do well on grains in general…so even after GAPS I’ll still be eating grain-free most of the time.

Sounds like a wonderful book. More ideas on eating grain free would be wonderful. I’m 7 weeks into the SCD Diet and looking forward to new ideas to help me on my journey with this diet. Right now, I think I’m in the middle of Die-off and not feeling very good. So, winning a new grain free cook book might just put a new smile on my face. :-)
