Mango Avocado Relish

- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 1 pint 1x
- 2 medium mango
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives + 1 tsp for garnish
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt and pepper to taste (where to find sea salt and spices)
- 1Tbsp minced garlic (optional)
- Peel and chop the mango into small cubes (Check out this video to see how to peel and chop a mango)
- Peel and cut the avocado into small cubes
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
- Place in serving bowl
- Garnish and refrigerate until ready to serve
- This should be eaten the day it is made
