Mango Avocado Relish


  • 2 medium mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives + 1 tsp for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste (where to find sea salt and spices)
  • 1Tbsp minced garlic (optional)


  1. Peel and chop the mango into small cubes (Check out this video to see how to peel and chop a mango)
  2. Peel and cut the avocado into small cubes
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
  4. Place in serving bowl
  5. Garnish and refrigerate until ready to serve
  6. This should be eaten the day it is made
