Making Elderberry Wine from And Here We Are.This is a very interesting tutorial of her wine making project. It’s got to be good for a cold!
9 Healthy Whole Food Appetizers for the Holidays from Beyond the Peel. France always posts very interesting and original recipes!
Pumpkin Spice Cakes with Pecan Praline Sauce from Simply Living Healthy. Yikes! This looks good!

Hi Jill – thanks for sharing “Is Margarine Harmful? – 6 Secrets They Don’t Tell You!”
As I share in the post, my mom had a heart attack and was encouraged to be on a low fat diet. It is amazing how many people who are normally very pro alternative medicines and natural remedies but succumb to the AHA recommendations of a heart healthy AKA low fat diet – it is such a shame! We have got to spread the work – good quality animal fats are GOOD for you!
