Paleo Baby Back Ribs



  1. The morning of the day you want to cook the pork (or even the night before), lay them in the crockpot and marinate them – mix the vinegar with more water in order to cover them
  2. The day you are cooking, drain the crock pot of the vinegar – rinse the ribs with water and pat dry
  3. Combine the spices in a small bowl (not the maple syrup)
  4. Cut the rack into 3 sections
  5. Rub both sides of the chops with the spices and place in the crockpot with the broth
  6. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours
  7. Remove ribs when ready
  8. Rub the ribs with the maple syrup and place on preheated medium grill for 3 – 4 minutes on each side – just enough to get them browned
  9. Serve hot
  10. If you would like a dip – you can add 2 more Tbsp of maple syrup to whatever liquid is left in the crock pot and reduce in another sauce pan until thicker
