Recipe: Paleo Angel Hair Pasta (SCD, GAPS, AIP)

  1. Peel the zucchinni and cut off the ends – or, you can leave the skin on
  2. If the zucchini is very large you may want to de-seed it
  3. Cut into chunks and follow the directions for the spiralizer for the thinnest strands
  4. When you have all the zucchini prepared, heat a fry pan to medium
  5. Add the sesame oil until warm
  6. Saute the zucchini for just 2-3 minutes until just soft – you want to have a crunch
  7. Add the garlic at the last minute
  8. Garnish and serve immediately
  9. This can be refrigerated
