Recipe: Cassava Pancakes

- Heat the pan and melt some additional oil for frying
- Add a heaping tablespoon of batter to the pan and place them around the pan
- Cook until you see some bubbles forming and then flip them
- Cook until browned
- Place on a plate until all the batter is used
- Enjoy with maple syrup, honey, apple sauce or yogurt.
