This week I will be hosting a giveaway generously sponsored by the author of Tender Grassfed Barbecue, Stanley Fishman.  Tender Grassfed Barbecue shows you a new way to prepare grassfed meat and pastured pork using traditional barbecue methods adapted for modern times. This book describes what is different about barbecuing grassfed meat and how to make it come out tender and delicious every time. The recipes are detailed and easy to use. This would make a great holiday gift for someone — or for yourself!

Stanley Fishman learned how to make grassfed meat tender by researching traditional cooking methods and adapting them to the modern kitchen. The result was Tender Grassfed Meat, a cookbook that teaches how to make grassfed meat tender and delicious. Now he has researched traditional barbecue methods and adapted them as well. Finally, I like your Facebook page.

I enjoy reading your blogs, and would enjoy this book as my husband does the actual grilling, while I do the prep work, so between us we would make sure that our lovely meat (both grassfed beef and freshly shot venison) are prepared properly and more tenderly.

I just signed up for the newsletter and will look forward to the posts.  We have used grassfed beef for years and never really have gotten the hang of cooking it best.  It has great flavor but the tenderness side is lacking much of the time.  Roasts dry out quickly too.  I’d love to read what methods work!
