Are you tired of forcing yourself to plan meals? Are you too busy with job and kids to sit down and actually plan meals? Wouldn’t it be great to task someone else with that issue? Well today may be your lucky day! My friend Emily, over at Holistic Squid is offering my readers a giveaway of a full year of her Paleo Meal Plans!

Why Trust Someone Else with Your Meal Planning?

The main reason is probably because you don’t plan. I know I don’t. I tried it years ago and I got very bored with it. I would plan the same meals week after week because I was comfortable with cooking them and they were easy.

The second reason is that Emily has amazing recipes! Did you ever see the recipes on her blog? She is an extraordinary cook who emphasizes nutrition, ease and cost in her recipes.

The third reason is that she will organize you and your shopping. This meal plan supports cooking mainly one day of the week — the rest of the week is just putting meals together in a jiffy.

That’s a life saver and the tried-and-true way to accomplish all the cooking you want to do.

The fourth reason is that Emily has done all the nutrition planning for you as well. You will be getting a nice variety of nutrient dense foods within the recipes — such as, seafood, bone broth, fermented foods, and even organ meats.

You won’t even have to think about it!

The fifth reason is that if you are on a Paleo, gluten-free or dairy-free diet, this is the plan for you. The meal plans are also adjustable for the number of people you are cooking for.

The sixth reason is that right now you can get 25% off through July 19!

$14/month Now only $10.50/month
$33/three months Now only $24.75/three months (less than $9/month)
$72/year Now only $54.00/year (less than $5/month!)

Use coupon code FORAGER for this fantastic savings through July 19!

I would love to have something preplanned rather than spur of the moment like I usually do.

It would be nice to have meals already planned. Seems I fail at paleo dinner creativity.

I would like to win this because I’m 27, have children, and I’m a full time college student. I’m actually an NFS and Biology double major and after having children became overweight. Nothing I’ve been learning in the dietetics program has been working for me and I discovered the paleo diet. Having meal plans set out would greatly help a beginner trying to make a healthy family :)

Sometimes I just don’t have the time to have thought out our meals – someone telling me what to cook would be wonderful.

I have a friend whose medical condition currently renders her unable to do meal prep and cooking. Having meal plans with shopping list and prep tips already prepared cuts in half the amount of time I’m spending on creating meals.

I’ve been thinking about trying this meal plan ~ my youngest son got diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder 6 months ago and we have had HUGE success with shifting him to a GFCF diet. This is all still new to me, and I’d LOVE a variety of recipes and a plan that would make life as a busy mama a bit easier! :)

would love to win this because with recently diagnosed food allergies and intolerances, cooking has been a struggle. I feel this will help enormously!

I think having the plan would give me more confidence in my new Paleo lifestyle. I am still so unsure about many foods and cooking methods.

I’m a terrible meal planner and would really like to be able to learn from someone else’s meal plans. Also – it’s a great opportunity to expand my repertoire of real food recipes.
