I would definitely put the GC towards a continuous brewing system. I really want to invest in that soon!

I love Hannah’s tea and since I already have the continuous brew system I might just have to use the gift certificate all for tea.
I think I’d get a fresh scoby–I’ve been trying to grow one for 3 weeks & not sure if it’s working or a lost cause. I finally found someone who is brewing to try to get a baby, but her’s is not doing super-well right now. I really want to try this!

I’d definitely invest in a continuous brewer…..I use the gallon jar right now, which works ok but I sometimes don’t get the new batch started until too late.
I would really love to have one of those heating mats for my kombucha since it is so cold in my house and I am always trying to figure out how to keep it warm. I don’t think my scoby is very healthy and I would love to have one of hers and start out all over again.

Definitely the Year Round Heating System with Dimmer. I want to be able to brew year round without exceeding my heating budget. Yes, that’s how cold I keep my house LOL

Like many other folks here, I’m very interested in the continuous brew system and would love to invest in one! I’m using quart jars and a 1/2 gallon jar now which works fine. The continuous brew would be absolutely magical!
