I’m excited to announce a special giveaway for my new online cooking class, go grain-free. This giveaway is open through September 13th.

The class begins Wednesday, September 25th and runs for 12 weeks. However, those who take the class will have lifetime access to the materials. Hurry and enter!

I’m giving away one free registration for the class. I’ll announce the winner on Saturday September 15th.

As I explained in my previous post, going gluten-free is just not enough for many people. When there is damage to the intestinal lining resulting in leaky gut, it is imperative to remove all grains and follow a diet that removes anything that is irritating to the mucous membrane lining of the intestine.

Continuing to eat grain, even the gluten-free grains will prevent complete healing. Additionally, on most gluten-free diets the alternative grains are not properly soaked so they contain irritating phytates and lectins.

It is much easier to go grain-free. There is no worrying about reading labels or cross contamination. When you make your food at home you know exactly what is in it!

In this class I share how too:

  • Bake with grain-free flours such as nut flours and coconut flour;
  • Properly prepare nuts and seeds for easy digestion;
  • Make nutritious breakfasts with waffles and pancakes, that are low carb, grain-free and taste better than those made with grains;
  • Cook traditional meals with chicken, meat and fish that will satisfy even the pickiest eater — all without grains;
  • Put together snacks like energy bars and granola that are full of nutrients rather than empty calories;
  • Save money by making your own real food staples and condiments;
  • Make a grain-free lunch wrap that really works;
  • Save time by cooking in bulk and storing;
  • Bake the most delicious and nutritious carrot muffins ever!

I entered! I would love to win. We are not totally grain free, but I am working towards that for my whole family (even though they don’t realize it). I know I’d learn so much in the class.

I’m so with you on this one! So many people nowadays think removing gluten is the answer, but I believe the other grains they use instead can be equally problematic! I’ve been eating grain-free for a while and it’s been awesome, but I’m always ready for some new ideas!

So excited about this giveaway!! I have been grain free for over 2 months and I feel great. My type 2 diabetes is under control, I have lost 20 lbs., and I have a ton of energy. Hubby is doing it too and we are learning how to cook with all the different grain free flours. Love your blog.

Thanks for the chance to win! I wanted to try the class but not really that interested in meat recipes as I’m vegetarian so this gives me a chance to see if this would be beneficial to vegetarians ;)
Thanks again!

We’ve been going gluten free for some time and while most of the family has seen benefits, my daughter(whom we started trying gluten free for) has not seen as wonderful of results. I think we need to eliminate all grains and I need for my family to not feel deprived. Thank you for the opportunity!

Hi,
We are a grain free family starting out the journey with my sons gut health and having the grain free (SCD) reach so many other areas of our health concerns. I have entered the giveaway as I would love to learn more on cooking than I have…..it is always a great way to learn…watching someone else demonstrate:-) I have also sent your information to my Chiro in hopes it will help her help others!

Cheers!

Hi. Thanks for the opportunity to win the course. My 16 year old daughter is suffering from daily bouts of hives, pyoluria. anemia, and vitilago. Our naturopath has recommended that she goes off all grains. We are finding the transistion difficult and this course would be so helpful. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
