Giveaway: 30 Days of GAPS Legal Lunches by Brenda Scott — $20.00 Value

Giveaway: 30 Days of GAPS Legal Lunches by Brenda Scott — $20.00 Value post image

This cookbook contains 48 recipes that are GAPS legal, meaning they are grain-free, sugar-free additive-free and free of processed foods. The recipes contain no nut flours either. The best thing about this book is that there are 5 weekly  lunch menus–1 for every season, plus 1 for “Any Season.” You never have to think about what to cook for lunch again! Just print out the menu and the shopping list for that menu, and you’re good to go!

Brenda Scoot of the Well fed Homestead has generously offered her new cookbook as a giveaway to my readers. If you are interested in GAPS recipes she has a lot of them! Check out her blog!

The book is divided into the following sections:

  • How this book works
  • Salads
  • Breads & Crackers
  • Sandwiches
  • Hot Lunches
  • On the Go
  • Dips
  • Soups
  • Condiments & Staples

Hi there! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which
blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting sick and tired
of Wordpress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another
platform. I would be fantastic if you could point me in the
    direction of a good platform.

  • California Construction Loans August 23, 2014, 9:16 pm

Construction lending is often considered to be a
more risky type of lending that others. This offers the lender the ability to better decide whether it is a
right conclusion to lend to that individual or
not. So after deducting the non-current loans, the bank’s owners’ equity in the bank was
    exhausted and exceeded.
