It could be easy to take conventional recipes and just remove the gluten, grains and legumes (and white potatoes) and make the rest of the recipe. I’ve done that. However, that also removes some of the flavors.
The recipes in the Paleo Slow Cooker, include other ways to flavor the food and bring out the savory goodness. It’s always good to follow tried and true recipes, especially when you are first starting.
