I’m so excited to announce my 21 day GET HEALTHIER Challenge! It starts February 1 and runs through February 21! Each day you will receive an article from me that shares one simple change to make that will help you to get healthier.
Now that the holidays are over I’m sure you are thinking of actualizing your new year resolutions. This is the place to be. It’s going to be easy and fun!
You may have decided to eat less processed foods, or add some other traditional foods to your diet. I’ll be sharing what I think are the MOST important changes to make and how to do it easily. I’ll help you get over the learning curve so that you can incorporate these healthier foods into your diet without having your family complain.
All you have to do to participate is make sure you are subscribed to my Feedburner or RSS feed. You’ll get an article each day outlining a simple step to take to improve your health. You must also be subscribed to my monthy newsletter so that you can get a synopsis of the activities and any news of special giveaways and coupons.
Your level of participation is entirely up to you — you can do one new action a week or every day if you so choose. Some of the changes you may have already made, and some others you may be hesitating because you don’t know enough about it. My posts will give you the reasons you need to get going as well as the science and experience.
