Hi Jill! Thanks for featuring my fries…we love those around here! I loved your post on methylation….we haven’t tested for it, but I think it is quite possible at least two of my kiddos have it…SO sensitive to everything! My brother in law recently found out he has the mutation too. No wonder it is a needle in the haystack sometimes….our bodies are so complex! Food only has never been enough of an answer for us…..
