Welcome to Sunday Snippets. This is a weekly feature that allows you to take a quick peek at posts that I loved from my FAT TUESDAY carnival this past week. I’ll also summarize some posts from my blog from the past week. If you missed some or didn’t have time to read the whole post this “snippet” will give you the gist of it.

This week we had so many wonderful selections it was really hard to choose… but here are a few of my favorites!

Grain-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies from Real Food Freaks. These look easy and tasty!

Pumpkin Pie Latte from Mexican Wildflower. This looks so satisfying!

T’was the Night Before Christmas When the SWAT Team Arrived from Common Sense Homesteading. While this is absolutely hilarious  — it is sad but true. Laurie relates the recent astonishing events at three homesteads. This is a MUST READ!

Salted Caramel Dip: (grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, GAPS legal) from Homemade Dutch Apple Pie. This is a great idea for both children and adults!

Lazy Strawberry Coconut “Yogurt” from FoodFarmHealth. A great idea for making a filling and nutritious snack. I love how she uses avocado in this.
