Guest Recipe: Savory Stuffed Pork Loin

Guest Recipe: Savory Stuffed Pork Loin post image

Here is a guest recipe from my November Paleo Pen Pal, Daniel who blogs at Grizzlystrong.com. I sent him some dried savory to use as he wished. He came up with this amazingly savory (ha) roasted pork loin that is making my mouth water just looking at the photos and reading the recipe.

Daniel says of himself, I’m equal parts goofy and intense, it’s a ying-yang thing. I do CrossFit 5 days a week, eat paleo, love my workout jams and won’t apologize for any of it. My goal is to give back to these communities as much as I’ve taken if not more.

I’d say he seems to be a really great cook as well! Enjoy this recipe!

Sausage Stuffed Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Loin Roast (I cut mine from a whole loin)
  • 1 lb mild italian pork sausage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tsp dried savory

Click here to head over to Grizzlystrong for the instructions for putting this all together.
