survey, questionaire Hi Readers!

In this post I am asking you to please let me know what topics you are interested in for an ebook. I am interested in writing an ebook but have too many ideas and I am just wondering what you would think engaging enough to want to read. Here are a few ideas to choose from…

  1. A real food weight loss program that includes recipes, ancestral diet information, nutrition, exercise and behavior modification instructions.
  2. A recipe book for grain-free, dairy-free baking.
  3. A recipe book for simple low carb meals.
  4. A recipe book for the GAPS diet.
  5. A real food book explaining what is wrong in the food supply and what alternatives there are.
  6. A real food book outlining traditional ways of preparing foods and why.

All you have to do is leave a comment with the number or numbers of the topics above that you are interested in. If you have an idea that you think would make a good book that is not listed, please write it in the comment.

Many thanks to those who participate!

1-4 and 6 are great. I am especially interested in the weight loss, since changing 2 years ago to eating Traditionally ( good fats, raw milk, grain and gluten free, low carb) I have gained extra fat around the abdomen and back???

4. GAPS recipe book!  Also, 3., 2., and 6–all good ideas that would be interesting to me, but 4. is of more immediate interest and there are not many options out there under that category at this point.

Absolutely, hands down, a grain-free baking recipe e-book.  I miss baking so much since giving up grains.  I am working on mastering baking with coconut flour.  An e-book from you would be great!

I think #6 would rock the world! (and may be better suited for traditional publishing)
My Doctor wants me to read and follow #1
#2 would be  atremendous service to the populous.

Tough choice. All I know is that what ever you write will be well done. Thanks

Low-Carb recipes using shelf-stable ingredients (due to hurricanes, or cycling brown-outs that almost always turn into black-outs).

#6 for me.  Technically I eat Traditional Low Carb.  If people want to lost weight, tell them about Eat Fat, Lose Fat by Sally Fallon and Mary Enig.
