Caldwell’s organic raw cultured vegetable juices are the result of a natural process called lacto-fermentation. While they are fermenting their organic vegetables, they harvest the juices from those ferments and bottle them. Fermented vegetable juices are even healthier than raw vegetable juices. Not only do they contain a lot more nutrients, but they are easier to digest and they contain enzymes and probiotics.

Caldwell has some of the very best fermented vegetable juices I have ever tasted. Really. Even my son likes them and that is saying a lot. I am amazed by how powerful a small amount of kraut juice can be for the constitution — if you know what I mean. And the winner is…

Hello Jill,
I just thought I would let you know that fermented vegetable juices arrived today, I am so excited to try them! Also, I was wondering… would you mind if I wrote an article for blog talking about winning this giveaway? I would link back to your blog and this post specifically and talk a bit about how prompt the delivery was and discuss my first time trying to juices, do you think this would be okay?
